We welcome via Zoom James Nixey of Chatham House, where he leads the Russia-Eurasia programme. His principal expertise concerns the relationships between Russia and the other post-Soviet states. He has published papers and articles in books and journals, and commented extensively in the national and global media. In this talk, he will discuss scenario and policy options related to Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.
