Online Introduction and Welcome of the Doctoral Researchers
On 24 April, 14:00, the Leibniz ScienceCampus, together with partner institutions, hosted an online welcome and introduction of doctoral researchers who have recently started on programmes in area studies.
Owing to the current conditions, a formal welcome of the doctoral students was not possible, although are trying to make up for this when we can. For now, the Leibniz ScienceCampus, together with other area studies programmes in Regensburg, could welcome new doctoral students online. Eleven doctoral researchers gave short, online presentations of their projects, and they could get to know their fellow PhD students as well as as the broader research community in Regensburg. This online forum will gave scholars involved in the programmes an opportunity to lay foundations for future collaborations with the Research Modules of the ScienceCampus and other formats in Regensburg.
